Message and data rates may apply, message frequency may vary, and they may text HELP for support or more information. Customers may text STOP at any time to unsubscribe, and no further text messages will be sent to that number.

By submitting a form, providing your phone number, or signing up for text messages, you consent to receive text messages from Joey Ridgle’s Septic & Sanitation, LLC at the number provided, including messages that may be sent using an autodialer or automated system. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Terms and Conditions

By scheduling, approving, or using services from Joey Ridgle’s Septic & Sanitation, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, property, gate code, access, and service information needed to schedule and complete the requested work. You authorize Joey Ridgle’s Septic & Sanitation, LLC, including its employees, representatives, and contractors, to enter the property where service has been requested to inspect, evaluate, document, perform, and complete approved work.

You agree that Joey Ridgle’s Septic & Sanitation, LLC may contact you by phone, text message, or email regarding scheduling, dispatch, service details, estimates, approvals, payment, follow-up work, and other matters related to requested or completed services.

You agree to pay in full for all approved work performed, materials provided, and services completed according to the pricing, estimate, invoice, agreement, or payment terms provided. Joey Ridgle’s Septic & Sanitation, LLC will not use saved payment information for a new charge without your authorization.

You are responsible for making sure all necessary work areas are reasonably accessible and clear of debris, clutter, hazardous materials, vehicles, equipment, animals, or other obstructions that may prevent, delay, or create unsafe conditions for service. When needed for the requested work, you agree to provide access to running water, electricity, and sufficient space for vehicles, heavy equipment, tools, hoses, and materials.

You authorize Joey Ridgle’s Septic & Sanitation, LLC to take photographs or other job-related documentation of the property, job site, septic system, equipment, materials, and completed work for internal records, service documentation, warranty support, compliance, and job verification purposes.
Joey Ridgle’s Septic & Sanitation, LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you regarding scheduling, arrival, requested work, required follow-up, and any material changes to the scope or price of the work. Joey Ridgle’s Septic & Sanitation, LLC will notify or attempt to notify you before entering the property unless access has already been authorized, scheduled, or reasonably implied by the service request.

Joey Ridgle’s Septic & Sanitation, LLC will provide the labor, equipment, and standard materials reasonably necessary to complete approved work unless otherwise stated in the quote, estimate, agreement, or work order. Joey Ridgle’s Septic & Sanitation, LLC will not knowingly perform additional billable work outside the approved scope without customer approval, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect health, safety, property, or system integrity.
Joey Ridgle’s Septic & Sanitation, LLC will not sell your private information and will not disclose your private information except as necessary to provide services, process payment, comply with applicable laws or regulations, or conduct normal business operations.

You acknowledge that septic, sanitation, pumping, repair, installation, dumpster, porta-toilet, and related services may require vehicles, trailers, heavy machinery, excavation equipment, hoses, materials, and tools to be used on or around the property. Lawns, landscaping, irrigation, driveways, private roads, sidewalks, curbs, underground utilities, and other property features may be affected by access, excavation, soil conditions, weather, soft ground, limited space, or the required use of service vehicles and heavy equipment.

Joey Ridgle’s Septic & Sanitation, LLC is not responsible for damage to lawns, landscaping, driveways, private roads, or other access areas caused by the ordinary and necessary use of vehicles, machinery, equipment, or materials in the performance of approved work, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
